Ledger Alternation in Tally

Ledger Alternation :

1) To modify a ledger go to Gateway of Tally > Accounts Info > Ledger > Single Ledger > Alter and after making the required change accept the screen.

2) Clicking "Alter" option will display the list of ledger screen.

3) Select and enter capital ledger to open the ledger alternation screen. Change the ledger name to Share Capital . Keep pressing enter key , until you save the ledger olternation screen.

4) Once you save the alternation screen, it will revert to select item screen . Now keep pressing Esc key until you revert to Gateway of Tally screen.
